Currently, the locations to which we ship our products internationally regularly are limited to the following countries or regions. This has been revised on Nov. 2023.

We do ship to other countries based on the items and your request.
We have shipped to countries in Europe, many times,
but there are shipping conditions based on products for those areas.

Shipping and handling fees (Revised Dec. 2022)
For limited destinations of;
- Hong Kong
- Singapore
- Taiwan
- Malaysia
- South Korea
- Vietnam
> Shipping and handling fees have changed, and it will be Free of Charge when purchased over 45,000 JPY (approx. 330 USD) per order.
> Shipping and handling fees will be at the maximum of 2,900 JPY (= approx. 22 USD) per order, which is when purchased less than 10,000 JPY. It will decrease based on your purchase amount per order.
For other destinations,(US, EU, Oceania) please see the "International Shipping & Handling fees" listed on the FOOTER below.
However in any case, please note that the international shipping and handling fees are exclusive of any customs duties and taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
Shipping operation
All orders are shipped from Kogei Styling in Tokyo, Japan. We operate Monday through Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese National holidays. Orders submitted on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday (based on Japan Standard Time) will be processed on the following Monday (if Monday is a National Holiday then on the following business day), however, some exceptions may apply.
We see that the international logistics are coming back to normal from the COVID days, however with so many geopolitical uncertainties happening, we can never be certain that the international logistics is stable at the time we receive your order. But in general it is expected as follows;
- Hong Kong 3-5 days
- Singapore 3-5 days
- Taiwan 3-6 days
- United States 7-12 days
Order tracking
All orders can be tracked during shipment and we will notify you of the tracking number and other necessary information as soon as it is available to us.
Shipping service providers
Based on the service quality and the reliability of the shipping company with respect to a particular order, we may use
Japan Post EMS (Express Quality Service by Japan Post Co., Ltd., who also may use local posting operations at the destination countries), Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.
for international shipments (local transportation may be handled by different local companies from time to time). All International shipments from Japan are by air.
Shipping Insurance
For international shipping, shipping insurance (Maximum of 2,000,000 JPY per package) is included in the shipping and handling fees. Practically the full value of the products are insured. An important point is that the damage needs to be claimed by us Kogei Styling to the courier. And the courier will make an investigation based on our claim. Please be careful that once the shipment reaches its destination and is accepted it may no longer be insured by the shipping insurance. So please let us know immediately if there is a problem with the package arriving.
Domestic Shipping within Japan
For domestic shipping within Japan, we collect consumption tax and charge shipping and handling fees. Domestic shipping and handling fees may be adjusted according to the size and the destination of your shipment.
For domestic shipping, the terms are identical to the terms for international shipping except that the maximum insured value is 300,000 JPY.
